Partner questions
- Who can become a partner?
- Influencers, musicians, teachers, consultants, school suppliers, ICT providers, accountants, agencies, and anyone with relationships with schools.
- Do I need to pay to join?
- No. There is no inventory to buy and no joining fee.
- How do referral links work?
- Approved partners receive a unique URL such as /r/janta. Schools who register through that link are attributed to you.
- How are referrals tracked?
- The first valid partner touch inside the attribution window is stored. You can also give a school your partner code in person.
- How long does attribution last?
- The default window is 90 days and is configurable by Orange Cloud Technologies.
- How much can I earn?
- Partners earn a configured share of qualifying subscription payments — 30% at launch — for as long as referred schools keep paying.
- When are commissions paid?
- Orange Cloud Technologies records payouts manually (bank, Airtel Money, TNM Mpamba) once the minimum payout is reached.
- What happens if a school stops paying?
- New commissions stop after the last qualifying paid period. Historical ledger rows stay.
- Can musicians and teachers become partners?
- Yes. The program is built for people who already speak to school owners — including artists and teachers.
- Can I refer schools outside Malawi?
- Yes. Attribution is country-aware; pricing and currency come from program settings.
- What if two partners refer the same school?
- First valid partner wins by default. Later visits are kept as history.
- Can existing School Sphere customers be referred?
- The visit is logged. It is not commission-eligible unless Growth overrides it.
- How do I access my partner dashboard?
- After approval you sign in with the email and password from your application and land on /partner.
